Probabilistic Hough Transform is an optimization of Hough Transform we saw. It consists of the repeated application of two 3×3 convolutions, each followed by a batchnormalization layer and a rectified linear unit (ReLU) activation and dropout and a 2×2 max pooling operation with stride 2 for downsampling.
